New Year. Same Me. New Start
Every year brings new plans, new beginnings and chance to start over. I am someone who like's to set goals and plans for the year ahead, but I have learn over time to make those realistic one's. I like to start off by thinking about things I could achieve by the end of January. That might seem like a shortsighted plan to some, but to me that gives me the chance to create plans that are achievable. Some examples for this could be health related, like I will drink 2 liters of water every day or I will have a dry January or workout 3 times a week. These short term goals can help you to set a positive path for the year ahead.
However, this year in particular, I have been struggling to work out what my goals should be. I know I want to spend more time here, on my blog and on making youtube videos. I also have learnt over the past year to cut myself some slack, and not put too much pressure on searching for the next thing, I know I am on the right path and things will come my way at the right time.
As I write this I have just returned from an incredible 3 weeks of vacation, with family and friends so excited to get back into the swing of things. I am going to be posting on here 3 times a week, so expect some great stuff coming up. I have also created a video below on my tips for starting the NEW YEAR POSITIVELY.
